Femke makes: Baked Cinnamon Protein Oats

Ingredients:
1 egg
40 grams of light cottage cheese
30 grams grated carrot
40 grams of cinnamon cookie oats
20 grams heavenly dark or maple syrup
50 grams of low-fat quark

Preparing baked oats:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix the ingredients in the blender and pour into an oven dish.
Sprinkle with some flaked almonds and place in the oven for 25 minutes. 👩🏼‍🍳
