Overnight Oats: ready while you sleep.
Have a busy morning and still want a nutritious and delicious breakfast? Then try overnight oats. It's becoming increasingly popular for good reason! And you can easily make them with the PROATS mix. All you have to do is a quick prep before bed.
Ingredients:
- 1 portion of PROATS (75 grams)
- 75 ml milk (choose your favorite: cow's milk, oat milk, almond milk, you decide!)
- 100 ml Greek yogurt
How do you make it?
- Mix the PROATS, milk and Greek yoghurt in a bowl or jar.
- Cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning: toppings time! Top it with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, honey, or whatever you like.
And voilà, your perfect breakfast is ready while you're asleep. No morning stress, just a full belly and energy to start the day.
